Before we lay out the specifics of our online programs we feel it’s important to address the elephant in the room: time. More specifically, what might feel like the lack of time.
We are often told that the reason people can’t commit to their personal wellness is that they do not have enough time. And the only honest response we can give is: in order for this to work, you need to commit to your time. You need to ask yourself where you sit on your own priority list and you need to show up for yourself and do the work. While this might sound tough, the good news is that in the essence of the work, we’re guiding you to respect and truly prioritize yourself.
It’s been our experience that when people do take the time and space to nourish themselves they have better outcomes; they not only feel more fulfilled and present but they have the energy to show up to their life’s responsibilities, and ultimately have better days. And that’s what keeps them coming back.
So, while there are no rules, we do hope that as you start this journey you make the conscious decision to clear the elephant from the room, remove the ‘busy” badge of honour and commit time to taking care of yourself with our programs.
