Think of The Well as a personal, on-demand wellness coach, allowing you to integrate wellness into your life at a pace that feels right for you. 

One new session is posted per day (Monday to Friday) that is 15 to 45 minutes in length and focuses on helping you nourish your mind, body, emotions and senses. The daily sessions are live, but don’t worry if you’re not able to attend; all the sessions are recorded and made available for you to access when you have the time. Saturday sessions are reserved for self-care workshops and weekly check-ins. Beyond a group yoga class, this tailored service is designed to act as your guide to integrating meaningful and healthy practices into your daily life.

Schedule:

  • Mondays: Rise & Gentle Flow Yoga (45 minutes)
  • Tuesdays: Breath Break (15 minutes)
  • Wednesdays: Mindful Meditation (30 minutes)
  • Thursdays: Midday Chair Yoga (15 minutes)
  • Fridays: Refresh & Restore Yoga (45 minutes)
  • Saturdays: Self-Care Workshops (75 minutes)

Cost: $249 per month or $335 per month with one monthly personal coaching session (by appointment)
