These private coaching sessions take place over 6 months and will see you through seasonal changes, changes in your personal and professional life, etc. to help you learn how to overcome challenges and commit to your wellness goals and a healthy lifestyle no matter what’s going on in your life. This program includes a personalized wellness routine (including a physical asana yoga practice, a mindfulness practice that leverages meditation and breath work, self-care routines and a nutrition plan specific to your mind and body) plus two monthly coaching sessions with your personal wellness coach to ensure the program is working for you. The program provides guidance and support for your overall well-being (while keeping you motivated and accountable to your desire for balance) and focuses on many areas of life including adopting positive lifestyle practices, managing stress, eating healthy, igniting and sustaining creative energy and cultivating mindfulness for overall well being.
