• Access our series of 4 pre-recorded foundational Wellness Workshops, designed to breakdown the principles of the various personal practices, looking at the what and how but also the why, to integrate them into your daily life.
• Attend a 1-hour personal online question and answer session with one of our wellness coaches after completing the workshops to address any questions you may have and to ensure you understand the fundamentals.
• Benefit from a plan designed to reinforce the practice with practical tools for modern daily life, whether you're new to wellness or a seasoned practitioner.
• Includes access to the Digital Discovery Plan.
Healing Plan
$279 / Month
Grow and develop your wellness practice in a group setting.
Become a member of The Well, our group wellness program, and:
• Receive an in-depth Health and Wellness Consultation; complete the intake form and receive personal recommendations from one of our wellness coaches.
• Attend daily online wellness sessions Monday to Friday that are 15 to 45 minutes in length; Saturdays are dedicated to 75-minute self-care workshops and weekly check-ins.
• Access recordings when you have the time if you miss any live sessions.
• Receive one personal coaching session per month.
• Includes access to the Digital Discovery Plan.
Transformation Plan
$309 / Month
Grow and develop your wellness practice in a personal setting.
Become a client of our private holistic health coaching program and:
• Receive an in-depth Health and Wellness Consultation; complete the intake form and receive personal recommendations from your private wellness coach.
• Benefit from a personalized, holistic wellness routine that includes a physical yoga practice, a mindfulness practice including meditation and breath work, self-care routines and an Ayurvedic nutrition plan.
• Access on-demand wellness resources including detailed and customized wellness plans and recordings.
• Attend twice monthly private coaching sessions with your personal coach to ensure the program is working for you and to make adjustments as you progress.
• Enjoy professional guidance and support throughout your wellness journey that will help to keep you motivated and accountable to your goals.
• Includes access to the Digital Discovery Plan.
