Events, Workshops and Wellness Speakers Toronto

When you hire Nourished Union’s speakers for your next event, conference or workplace seminar, we will tailor the content to suit your services and needs.

  • Talks: Speaking sessions can be as short as 15 minutes or as long as one hour. We help our clients learn how to harness the relationship between the mind, body and soul by offering an understanding of how each works in tandem.
  • Events: We are delighted to partner with other like minded small businesses to create fun and experiential events for the public with a focus on health and wellness. Events can include, cooking classes, “Rise & Flow” with breakfast, yoga sessions, mindful meditation, group rides and learning how to live a balanced life in the present.
  • Workshops: Our robust workshops can range from 30 minutes to four hours in length. Through interactive sessions, we help our clients dive deeper into their well-being by arming them with the knowledge on why it’s important to live in the moment and practice self-care. We also share our 15 years of health and wellness expertise and aim to engage your inner emotional and cognitive learning centres. Our wellness workshops give you the chance to experience relaxation and meditation techniques, nutrition coaching, meal preparation, and moving mindfully.  Everyone is busy and our workshops offer the chance to incorporate health and wellness activities into your schedule.

Our offerings aim to educate and inspire. We want to improve your well-being through our workshops, events and talks by providing a collaborative approach that answers your questions and guides you towards better living on your terms. We do offer talks and workshops that are less interactive if you so desire.
