Going beyond the average yoga retreat, Nourished Union gives you the chance to fully experience the connection between mind, body and soul. We will travel to the location of your choice and guide you through the trip; but, we are not tour guides. Instead, we accompany on a journey where health and wellness are front and centre. International health and wellness travel entails learning about where you are what you can pick up from the local culture. These travel experiences are fashioned to allow you the chance to connect with yourself, loved ones, nature and the destination itself. Furthermore, we will cook using local ingredients and customs so that you truly get to experience something new. At Nourished Union, we help you maintain the discoveries and learnings you experienced abroad and show you how to incorporate them into your daily routine.

For those that wish to stay close to home but still aim to nourish the relationship between mind, body and soul, we offer local wellness retreats.

Local wellness travel allows you to experience new things, cook with exciting and healthy ingredients, and understand how your body works. This is all done without you having to stray too far from home.

There is beauty to discover all around us. We’ll show you how to make the most of it. Our local wellness retreats allow you to learn how to relax without retreating from yourself. We don’t teach you how to retreat from life, but how to use the local cultures and foods around you in healthy, restorative ways.
